The reality of any custom project is that there will be unforeseen challenges – from delays associated with weather conditions to material back orders. A proven builder can provide work-around solutions.
The key is to constantly monitor timelines and provide clients with advanced notice of critical decisions to ensure they have time to make appropriate choices. At Keuning Construction we conduct regular site visits to encourage a strong communication channel with our clients. For those that are unable to visit the site, we can provide digital photography of site progress or specific reference elements to assist clients with making informed decisions remotely.
