Budgeting – it’s one of the most important services an experienced builder can provide clients, and it takes a lot of experience to get it right. Nobody likes hidden surprises, so it’s very important to consider a number of factors including costs associated with wells, septic tanks and beds, driveways, lot levies, etc. “Dollars per square foot” is a misleading phrase, as so many variables play into the equation, especially when considering the options available in custom-built homes.
